Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for Tune Stack Notes or ask to get the ebook. Your first name, if you type one. The name is optional.
• Sponsor billing details, if you pay for a featured listing. Payment is handled by Stripe. We see the name, email and amount Stripe gives us, but never your full card number.
• Basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records this automatically to run and secure the site.

How we use it

• We use your email address, and your first name if you gave one, only to send Tune Stack Notes and, if you asked, the ebook. No other marketing, and no sharing it with sponsors.
• We use sponsor billing details only to process the payment, send receipts and handle refunds.
• We use technical data only to keep the site running, secure and working well.

Who handles it for us

• Resend stores signup addresses, optional first names, and delivers our email.
• Stripe processes sponsor payments.
• Vercel hosts the site.

Each one handles data under its own privacy policy, only to provide its service to us.

What we never do

We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information. Sponsors never get our subscriber list.

Unsubscribing

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off the list. You can also write to us and we’ll remove you.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email raymond@lyvcreative.com.

Children

Tune Stack isn’t meant for anyone under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
