Sponsor terms
Last updated: 23 October 2026. Draft, not legal advice.
Tune Stack is a directory and newsletter of AI tools for music people: artists, managers, labels, publishers and sync teams. Tune Stack is operated by Tune Stack, a LYV MEDIA Company. These terms cover featured listings.
What a listing includes
- Your tool’s name, one plain line on who it’s for (up to 15 words, which we may edit for accuracy), and one link to your official site.
- A visible “Sponsored” label on the listing itself.
- 30 consecutive days in the Featured listings section. Your listing goes live within 3 business days of approved details and comes down at the end of the run unless you renew.
- While our list is small, one mention in Tune Stack Notes, labeled “Sponsored · [Tool].” We don’t promise an audience size, open rates, clicks or a send date.
Price stages
- Launch rate: $49 for 30 days. This is the current price. It includes one newsletter mention labeled “Sponsored · [Tool].”
- Standard rate: $99 per 30-day listing, once Tune Stack has a real audience. We’ll announce changes on this page before they apply. We don’t promise dates for any stage.
How booking works
- Write to raymond@lyvcreative.com with your tool’s name and website.
- We review the tool against the rules below.
- If it’s a fit, we send you a private payment link through Stripe. There’s no public checkout, and you pay only after we’ve said yes.
Labels and disclosure
- Every paid placement is labeled “Sponsored” right where it appears, not just in a footer.
- Paid links carry
rel="sponsored". - A tool we feature for free is labeled “Founding listing · no fee paid.”
- If a sponsor’s tool is also in our directory, its entry may note the sponsorship.
Editorial independence
- Sponsors don’t see, approve, edit or delay any review, guide chapter or newsletter note.
- A sponsorship doesn’t change ranking, order or inclusion in the directory.
- We may write critically about a sponsor, or about its competitors.
Who qualifies
- The tool must be real and publicly available, with a working official website and its own terms and privacy policy.
- It must be relevant to artists, managers, labels, publishers or sync teams.
- Pricing must be clear. If it says “free,” the free tier must exist.
We don’t accept:
- tools marketed as imitating a real, named artist’s voice or likeness without permission
- tools that encourage uploading music the user doesn’t have rights to
- misleading claims about royalties, rights or payouts
We can decline any request without giving a reason.
Removal, refunds and cancellation
- Cancelled before your run starts: full refund.
- We remove a live listing for a reason that isn’t your fault (for example, we close the section): pro-rated refund for the unused days.
- We remove a listing because the tool went offline, broke these rules or misled users: no refund for days already run.
- Included newsletter mention not sent within 60 days of payment: we refund it.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually take 5–10 business days.
